The Walsh College of Accounting and Business is a private nonprofit college based in Troy Michigan dedicated to providing a healthy and environmentally sustainable learning atmosphere by revamping their dated campus.

Walsh College is beginning an ambitious three phase building program to increase capacity and flexibility at their Troy, Michigan campus. The first phase consists of a two-story addition that will house a new library, lecture hall, classrooms, and seminar rooms. A second phase will be a interior renovation of the existing building that provides coherence for a building that has grown by accretion over the past 50 years. The third phase will be another addition located across a quadrangle created by the first phase. All phases aim to renovate the college to meet sustainable building goals.
