The renovation to the campus’ 20,000 square foot library lobby was a solution to a decades long issue the school had with bringing in students and have the space easy to navigate and to find information and resources they were needing. The entire first floor was modernized during the renovation, and designed to exceed Title 24 compliance by lowering the overall wattage 10% from what was required.

The overall lighting system had to function with the existing building controls. The project had to be mindful of overall project costs for the school. We were able to provide daylight controlled lighting zones, and provided each space with its own unique lighting levels and control.
