Opened in the summer of 2003, the 1.1 billion dollar Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is fun, upscale, energetic, international, and sensual. The design concept of the Borgata, meaning “little village” in Italian, was to give the many restaurants, bars, clubs, event spaces, and retail boutiques their own unique identity. Distinctive lighting solutions were to custom tailored for each space with very few repeating details.
