This training center is the keystone to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters campus.  Located on a prominent corner,  façade lighting combines an amber-LED Parapet-wash  with internal glow.  Custom indirect poles match the remaining campus, low-level LED handrail stair-lights and retrofitted LED roadway bollards lead guests indoors without blocking interior views.

The project exceeded California Title 24 standards.  Daylight areas utilized photocells, multi-zone switching schemes, and occupancy sensors.
