With nearly 750,000 SF of office space, 300,000 SF of luxury retail and 450 exclusive signature residences, The Bravern will offer an opulent experience unlike anything else found in the Pacific Northwest.

Connected by two ceremonial arrival courts and European-style piazzas, The Bravern brings together a distinctive outdoor setting, while providing an intimate and almost interior atmosphere. Low light levels and highlighted focal features reinforce the intimate atmosphere of the project. The challenge faced was to design the warm and interior ambiance with energy efficient sources to meet the strict Washington State energy codes.
